Capes

I helped my mother in law the other day figuring out how to make capes for all the grandkids (well, at least the ones that cared). Treyson's request was for Hulk on one side and Iceman on the other. Does anybody know who Iceman is? I had to google him online and found an assortment of different ideas of who iceman was.
